You can do it! I was so wishy-washy last night about doing this. This morning got on the scales and I lost 1.6 pounds. Now I'm motivated. Got my scrambled eggs and canadian bacon for breakfast. Must keep going!!!!!

I know you can do this...P1 sounds scary, but it's so do-able. Just focus on your goals, make really yummy P1 meals (Chicken Divan, Taco Bake, White Chili are huge favorites of mine) and make up your snacks ahead of time so they are easy to grab...making a big bowl of 3 bean salad is really helpful!
