Okay.... we haven't done this thread in awhile. We have 14 days left of this month, let's set some behavior goals so our July weightloss thread will be full of "losers"!
My goals:
1. A minimum of 64 ounces of water per day.
2. 100% on program- no slip ups (Phase 2)
3. A minimum of 4 days of exercise
