Weekly Behavior Goals 7/17

  • Okay.... we haven't done this thread in awhile. We have 14 days left of this month, let's set some behavior goals so our July weightloss thread will be full of "losers"!

    My goals:
    1. A minimum of 64 ounces of water per day.
    2. 100% on program- no slip ups (Phase 2)
    3. A minimum of 4 days of exercise

    Monday: 1. 2. 3.
    Tuesday: 1. 2. 3.
    Wednesday: 1. 2. 3.
    Thursday: 1. 2. 3.
    Friday: 1. 2. 3.
    Saturday: 1. 2. 3.

  • Good idea, Kiko. I don't have specific goals except to try to meet my daily goals. I can only handle short term stuff.

    For today, my goal is to follow my menu plan and drink at least six glasses of water. (I've been bad about water - how dumb is that in this heat? I also have been planning with Fitday and then going off track with eating out or skipping veggies.

    My three goals:
    1. Drink at least 64 oz of water a day.
    2. Get at least 6 hours of sleep a night.
    3. Exercise four times a week (at least).

    Monday: 1. 2. 4 1/4 3.
    Tuesday: 1. 2. 3. 30 mins of interval training on the elliptical.
    Wednesday: 1. 2. (just barely...) 3. Hour-long Totally Pumped class
