** July Weightloss Targets **
This kind of snuck up on me.

My goal for the end of July is 8lbs, which would put me around 235/236, and I'd be very happy!!!

My goal is 4 pounds. It's going to be difficult as July is full of social stuff plus Delta Fair!

New here and just started Phase I a couple of days ago but I am going to say 4 pounds . . . anything extra will be a bonus. I have realized in the last couple of months that this last 20ish pounds is going to come off the slowest . . .
