Default new here asking for help!

I think I posted in the wrong spot before so if I did, I am going to start over here, if you don't mind
I am 27 yrs old and I have Hypothyroidism, in the past year I have gained 50lbs and being 5'2 that is allot. I have a nutrionist who I believe just likes to take my money because doing his 1000 cal a day low ft diet & walking 2 miles a day -nothing, I have heard that the South beach Diet is really good for women in my situation, any suggestions or advice you have would be great.

Thanks in advance
