Hi all, I've been a rather sporadic poster/SB-er since January -- I began in January thinking I would have lost all 30 pounds by summer, well, I had several little trips/houseguests and various and sundry obstacles that slowed me down somewhat...
But even when I've been off I've not been WAY off, just enough to maintain my loss, which so far is 13 pounds.
I haven't really felt that big of a difference until the last couple of pounds -- then suddenly some old stuff started fitting.
Well today I was cleaning out my teenage daughter's closet (don't even get me started!) because the carpets were going to be cleaned in there -- crumpled up on the floor
I find this size 12 skirt I ordered from J. Jill last summer, that was too small so I gave it to her. Well guess what I tried it on and it fits perfect now!
So even though I haven't been perfect and am not ready for Baywatch, LOL, I really feel like I'm way better off this summer and headed in the right direction.
The thing I like best is this diet really doesn't make me crazy/hungry/deprived so even when I'm off it, having drinks or whatever, I don't go TOO nuts. Speaking of nuts -- time for my a.m. snack, cottage cheese and salsa!
