New to SB
 

Hello all. I have been reading up on the SB diet and would like to give it a try. I owuld love to hear any success stories to help motivate me past the initial carb cravings.

:welcome3: Cindy! I hope you enjoy SBD as much as I do! Check out the FAQ for tons of information about the plan, especially the Emergency thread for Phase 1. There are tons of fantastic recipes in the Recipe Forum (the taco bake, the peanut butter cup, and the white chicken chili are especially good for phase 1!) Feel free to join in on the daily thread and on the phase 1 thread as well for support. :D

As for success stories, they are sprinkled throughout the main forum...you can use the search forum function to find them. You can also look through the bios to see more about the members.

I tried SBD a couple years back and lasted for about 2 weeks. I want to give it another chance. I recall back then, there was an updated Phase 1 Allowable foods list on the forum however, I searched and I was unable to find it. Can anyone out there help me find the list? I have the book but I know the food list has been updated. Thanks.
