I was supposed to start Phase 2 on Sunday but I still haven't. I'm so afraid that I'll start gaining back what I lost. Anyone here stay on Phase 1 for longer?? Aside from starting to get cravings and the potentially falling off the wagon..are there any risks to doing so??
The only thing I noticed is that I started to lose a bit slower than in phase 1. Other than that, I was glad when I could eat fruit again! I found that ceratin foods (i.e.rice) made me lose even slower, but other things like oatmeal had no affect. You'll have to take it slow and see if there are foods that make you lose weight slower.
