I don't weigh myself. I go by measurements and gauge my progress in inches lost and how my clothes fit. Is there any reason I can't continue to do this for my progress with SB? I don't see why not? I will be adding exercise so I know that I'll be losing some inches that way but expect SB will help move that along quite nicely! My DH will most likely continue to weigh.
