Default Ticker anxiety!

I have gained a few pounds..but I don't want to put my ticker up. *Plants feet firmly in denial* I think I am going to wait a few days so at least I don't have to put it up so much.

Wannabe, each of us uses our tickers in our own way. But I find that mine is most effective if I change it with my weight. I wait until I've seen the same weight three times in a row before I change it up or down...because weight can fluctuate from day to day. But knowing that I'll have to change it if I gain is a great way to motivate me to stay OP. At least, that's what works for me.

I only change mine when I lose. If I fluctuate and go up a lb. or two, I just leave it the same and wait a week or so to make sure it goes back down. I can't bare to increase mine either.
