Smile Taking the plunge
I just wanted to stop in and say HI I've been lurking for the last week or so reading all the past posts. I did Atkins a few years ago and did well on it. Lost 35 lbs. But then I had to have surgery and was laid up for 3 months. So of course I gained it all back and them some. Since then I just can't seem to do Atkins. I'll be OP for a week or two and then go on a binge. SB seems much more doable to me. So today is day 1 and it's going good so far. My only problem today was that I got so busy at work I didn't have breakfast until 10 AM so I didn't have my morning snack. But I guess that's not to terrible.

I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone here.
