I am on wk 2, but I was bad this weekend.. We went over to visit some friends and I had a hamburger on a BUN. And a couple beers...bad me!!! I did pretty good yesterday..And I am back on today.....

Hey you guys,

Didn't do so well this morning because I didn't eat until around 1130... had to chauffeur my BF around and had to get a portrait done this morning, so between making time to look "purrty" and all it just didn't happen...

Going to stay OP today in the sense that I'm only going to eat P1 foods. Also got my exercise in...

I will be starting tomorrow seeings how I've already done damage today. I'll get a fresh start tommorrow. I wish I'd thought to have started yesterday! I really don't like starting in the middle of the week but I don't want to wait til next Monday either. Decisions, decisions!!!

ya know Tar I don't think it matters when you start. My first time I started on a Saturday. I figured if I could get through the first couple days during all the weekend action then M-F would be a breeze.

If you mess up, it doesn't give you the rest of the day to eat junk. You should start eating properly with the next snack or meal and go from there.

So did pretty well on Monday, stayed OP and met all my goals except for the 2 diet cokes I drank (was going to limit myself to 1). I think I probably made up for it in how much water I drank.

One thing I remember about Phase 1 was feeling kind of tired and weak during the first couple of days of "weaning myself" off of carbs. Especially after all the chocolate on Sunday.

Going grocery shopping TONIGHT so that I won't be lacking in snacks.

Sarah -
So glad you mentioned feeling tired and weak. I was feeling just awful both Mon & Tues. I recall a couple of years ago when I was w/SBD online, reading that leg aches are possible at first.

I made the mistake of buying some peanuts today, in the shell, and ate too many, probably. But ate light otherwise.
