canadian that is confused with canadian bacon !!
 

hello, I am starting the diet Phase 1 for the first time, being a weight watchers veteran ... I need to beat a 1.5 year plateau, anyhow I bought the book and ahve read thru lots of the threads on this site and I am confused as to what is Canadian Bacon ?

Is it our regular bacon, Im from Canada and we have something called canadian Back bacon and just regular bacon ... I bought a bunch of bacon at costco and now im just confused ... can any fellow canadians on the diet let me know please !? that would be great ..

can you have some bacon at all ? the regular kind in small amounts like 1 slice in an omlette ?

Sorry. The only "regular" type is turkey bacon and it is limited.
