Default Portabella mushroom recipe calorie count

I love the SB Portabella pizza mushroom recipe in the diet book. However, the calories are over 500 as stated in the diet book. That's hard to believe since the ingredients are mushrooms, tomatoes, a littel olive oil and low fat mozzarella cheese. I use no fat cheese. Could the calorie count actually be that high or is it a misprint. Any thoughts on the matter would be appreciated.

www.fitday.com is free and is a great tool for checking calorie counts.

I've found lots of the counts in the books, many other cookbooks as well, to be inaccurate. I always double check with my food count book.
