I'm going to try the same goals as last week because I didn't do very well
1) Drink at least 48oz of plain water each day
2) Prepare my breakfast/lunch the day before so I can grab'n go in the mornings
3) Get 1 grain and 1 fruit serving in each day
I did it! 2)
but did talk DH into making Chili ahead last night so dinner's ready for Wed ....kind of planning ahead 3)
almost, but not quite all 48 2)
I think that's the first time I've done all three!!
