Trouble with food sticking? New Weapon!
 

I have had trouble with my bean muffins sticking and my mock pancakes as well. I found some stuff called "Cake Release" by Wilton in my pantry. It doesn't contain flour. I coated the bottom of my brownies with it the other day and they came out of the pan with ease. I also covered the end of my spatula with it this morning and my pancakes were beautiful! Just thought that I would pass this along.
