Hi ladies. I mentioned before that I'm going to the drag races tomorrow with DH and friends. I'm going to go by the store on my way home and get items needed for my day. Can you please look and and evaluate my Phase II Race Track planning. Thanks so much all!!
Update - I guess I should mention -- We are leaving home at 11:00 a.m. and will be at the race track from about 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Breakfast - at home - omlette (2 eggs, veggies, cheese)
Morning Snack - in the car on the way - 15 nuts
Lunch - cold chicken with veggies and dip (unless you have a better idea)
Afternoon Snack - cheese and ???
Dinner - Prepackaged SBD wrap or home made (any great recipes)
Drinks - everyone else will be drinking beer - I was going to mix some Lambrusco with Diet 7 up. How much Lambrusco can I have?
In Phase II, I've only been having 1 service of WG per day (eating lots of soups and chilis - which I can't do tomorrow) so I'm strugging to come up with meal ideas for lunch/dinner/afternoon snack.
