Default Weekly Behavior Goals 3/6

A new week to take good care of our bodies!! March is our month to kick some butt girlies!!

This week I will:
1. Exercise EVERYDAY! (lofty for me, but I am off this week)
2. Drink 64+ ounces of water
3. Try at least 2 new recipes

Monday: 1. 40 minute walk 2. 96+ oz of good 'ole H2O
Tuesday: 1. 3 mile WATP 2. Only about 40 oz
Wednesday: 1. 2 mile WATP 2. 64+ 3. Cajun Shrimp
Thursday:
Friday: 1. 2 mile WATP 2. 32 oz down the hatch
Saturday: 1. 2 mile WATP 2.
Sunday: 1. 20 minute walk to the playground 2.

I love your attitude! and you're totally right, today is a new day and it's a new week, let's make the most of it!!

This week I'm going to:

1) not eat any carbs or any sugar - not even in my coffee!
2) exercise at least 3 times this week (compared to my one time..)
3) Drink 1 Litre of water a day
4) NOT GET ON THE SCALE UNTIL FRIDAY (my worst habit)

I made my goal last week so I'll keep with the same goal this week but add scheduled exercise. 1. Drink at least 64 ounces of plain water 2. No chocolate 3. Exercise on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday

Monday 1. 120 so far 2. Yeah! 3. 60 minutes on the stationary bike. Yeah!
Tuesday 1. 90 plus 2 Yeah
Wednesday 1. barely got it 2. Yeah 3 No time
Thursday 1. 70 2. Yes, even though those chocolate cookies looked wonderful - I left them alone!
Friday 1. 60 so far 2. 3.
Saturday 1. 2. 3.
Sunday 1. 2.

Didn't do so hot with the goals last week. But here are my goals for this week.

1. Go to the gym at least three times this week (M,T,W (or three days this week)...for at least 60 minutes each time)
2. Drink 64 oz. of water everyday
3. Try one new recipe this week (thanks, Kiko )

Monday - gym: water: new recipe: (I'll post it, it was yummy!)
Tuesday - gym: (I went, but for only 30 mins) water: new recipe: (I won't post it...is wasn't that good)
Wednesday - gym: (I am having tummy 'issues'. So I am going home after work. If I feel better tonight, I might do TaeBo @ home.)
Thursday -
Friday -
Saturday -
Sunday -

I didn't post any goals last week, but I did great anyway.
This week my goals are to -
1. Exercise Monday thru Friday
2. Drink at least 64oz. of plain water
3. Pay attention to portion sizes

Monday ~ 1. 2. 74oz so far 3.
Tuesday ~ 1. yes! 2. 72oz. 3.
Wednesday ~ 1. 2. 76oz ! 3.
Thursday ~ 1. yes 2. 80oz!!! 3. yes
Friday ~ 1. yes! 2. 56 and working on it 3. yes
Saturday ~
Sunday ~

This week I will:

1. Walk 1 mile on my treadmill at incline 3.5 - 5 days
2. Lose 2 lbs.
3. Introduce once slice WG bread or one yogurt into my diet each day



Sunday ~ 1. 2. NA 3. One slice 7 Grain Bread with breakfast
Monday ~ 1. 2. NA 3. Yogurt (though I'm not sure it didn't give me cravings)
Tuesday ~ 1. 2. NA 3. Yogurt (last one - not buying any more - WG bread only for me)
Wednesday ~ 1. 2. NA 3.
Thursday ~ 1. Nope - free night 2. NA 3. Whole Grain Wheat Thins with my Chili for dinner - YUMMY!!
Friday ~ 1. Nope - free night 2. sneek peak - and it's looking good! 3. Whole Grain Tortilla
Saturday ~ 1. 2. One LB this week - not to shabby 3. Whole Grain Tortilla

Ok so I am tired of making these behavior goals and then not meeting them, for heavens sake its only a week!!! So I need to get down and dirty this week!

OK this week I'm sticking to my points and getting in as much exercise and water as possible. No more falling off the wagon!

Sunday: Got the exercise but that's all.
Monday: Well done!
Tuesday: No exercise but otherwise did well.
Wednesday: Woo hoo!
Thursday: Only 5 minutes abs, otherwise on track.
