I'm in! I didn't make my February goal (although I had a very good reason...) so I am going to be just a bit more modest this month. I am going for an average of 40 minutes per day, so I'll set a goal of 1200 minutes. Good luck to everyone!

My goal isn't in minutes this month.. but in steps. They say that you should do 10 000 to be healthy each day and 12-13 0000 to lose weight. I think I will aim for 7500 on average per day to start off with. I just want in increased my everyday fitness

Goal: 232 500 steps
