10 pounds!!! I'm excited but it was my First Month and I don't seem to be losing any more.
Time to re-evaluate what I'm eating! Also, I must make myself exercise!
I just weighed myself this morning, and it says 220 pounds! So that means 10 pounds lost, and I made my target! Verrry happy about this. I'm just worried that my weight seems to raise or drop by a few pounds whenever I get on the sacle... i know it's water weight, but still, it's frustrating!
Well all my hard work (exercise) this last week paid off. I was hoping to get from the 8 to 10 pound loss and the scale gods were happy with my exercise offering and made it an even 11 pounds loss for the month.
4 pound loss. I was going strong and then a family emergency occured a week and a half ago and I was derailed on weight loss and exercise. I am now trying to get my motivation back.
