Behavior Goals - March is here!

  • Hey Ladies,

    Setting goal for today and if I can stick with it this week and if I can stick with it this month (one day at a time).

    Goal for today:

    Letting myself have low carb/high fiber cereal for breakfast and the rest will be Phase 1.

    So I guess I'm going to be on Phase 1.5 until I can kickstart this weight loss again.

  • I can't believe March is here already.

    Here are my goals for this week (2/27 - 3/4):

    1. go to the gym 4 times this week
    2. drink at least 64 oz of water a day (and Saturday and Sunday are days)
    3. no eating after 8 pm.

    Monday:1. 2. 3.
    Tuesday: 1. 2. 3.
    Wednesday: 1. 2. 3.
    Thursday: 1. 2. 3. (I had a lot of things to do after work and didn't get home until 7:10...so dinner wasn't ready until 8)
    Friday: 1. 2. 3.
    Saturday: 1. 2.40 oz. 3.
    Sunday: 1. 2.32 oz. 3.

    3/6/06: This week will be better !!
  • My goals for March:
    * Eat more salad (at least one a day)
    * Make sure I'm eating at LEAST 1200 cal. a day (I tend to average 1100-1200, and I know I should be getting a little more)
    * Get to the gym 3 times a week, make sure I do cardio 4 days a week (I've been doing it 3 times a week at the gym, but I think I could add in an easy "walk" at home one more night a week, or on the weekends.

  • OK, this week just started out very poorly. Here's my goal for this week:

    Drink all my water (64oz +) every day, don't go over my points, and get a good start on exercising since I missed so much due to illness.

    Sunday: Let's not even go there. Mexican for DH's birthday dinner with my family.
    Monday: OK it's not my fault they threw my water bottle away at work last week.
    Tuesday: Got almost all my water...
    Wednesday: Water, points, and exercise all good today!
    Thursday: Do laundry dish-washing count as exercise?
    Friday:
    Saturday:
  • My goals this week are to work out at least 4 times and to drink my water every day.

    Sunday - No exercise; Yes on the water
    Monday - 30 min. @ Curves; Water - yes
    Tuesday - 45 min. light yardwork; Water
    Wednesday - 30 min. @ Curves; Water
    Thursday - 1 hour dancing; Water
    Friday - 30 min. @ Curves
    Saturday - no exercise; Water

  • I suck at this. Not sure why since i do great at my workouts and eating is usually pretty OP. So my biggest challenge is water and hitting the calories but again I suck at it...

    put me down for 64 oz of water again. This time I WILL NOT go to bed without drinking them.

    Monday - probably had about 32 but that was before my goal was set
    Tuesday -20 oz so far... ended up with 40oz
    Wednesday -40oz, ok so I WILL go to bed without completeing my goal
    Thursday - looks like 40oz-so I don't feel bad the rest of the week, I'm adjusting my goal to 40oz ea day this week, which is waaaay up over my usually sip while I brush my teeth. Next week I'll go higher...

  • OK - my goals for this week
    Drink at least 64 oz of water every day
    Eat more veggies - at least 3 cups.

    Monday - definititly got the water in, the veggies were a close call
    Tuesday - drank 64 oz of water, ate 3 cups of veggies
    Wednesday - more than 64 oz of water - veggies aren't happening much today

    1 Drink 32 -64 oz of water per day (I'm working my way up!)
    2 get up early and do cardio ( my new Arm Bike) 3 X per week
    3 5 days per week use theraputty for Strength training
  • This week I want to exercise 5 times, no unplanned after dinner snacks and get in 64 oz water.

    Let me just say that this week sucked big time. Water intake wasn't very good either. I promise to work harder on these next week and I'll keep doing it until I get it right!
  • I want to make sure I get my 64 ounces of plain water each day and that I don't eat chocolate after Tuesday.

    Mon - I got all my water
    Tues - I got all my water
    Wed - 104 ounces (and 32 ounces of hot tea) No chocolate
    Thur - 100 ounces plus some No chocolate
    Fri - 100 ounces so far (and 32 ounces of hot tea)
    Sat - Over 64 ounces
    Sun - Over 64 ounces
  • My goal this week is to get in at least 64 ounces of water a day! Water and i tend to get in a fight towards the end of the day!

    So, fresh start...

    2. Exercise at least 4 times this week.
    3. Get at least 6 hours of sleep
    4. No eating after dessert.
