Wow, what a great article! Thanks batmomm2000! I eat healthy carbs like whole grains, fruits, and fiber cereal, but i shun anything with artificial sweeteners. They do a number on me!

Interesting article. I'm curious as to who funded and did the research. Also I wish she woul've listed references from scientific studies supporting her claims. I guess it's all pretty much common sense though. I esp agree with the section about peanut butter. Why pay so much more for lc pb when it;s loaded with bad fats and barely saves you any carbs at all? The dreamfields section was sad! I eat that stuff on occasion. Too bad! You know what they say about "too good to be true"!
