an old friend

  • ok this really has nothing to do with me but i wanted to share anyway. I had a class with a girl this summer and saw her for the first time tonight and she looks SO good! so naturally i asked, what did you do? and she SOUTH BEACHED her way out of 30 pounds in 2 1/2 months! I'm so inspired right now cause we're the same height, age and she started out weighing what I weigh right now. It's just little reassurances like that that make my day and realize that I CAN DO IT!
  • Well, that's impressive but seems a bit fast. It'd be interesting to see her menus and calorie counts.
  • she incorporated the ww points so ate around 1100 calories a day (added some if she exercised a lot) and then when she got to 150, went down to 1000 a day and more if she exercised.
