I don't know if it is just me, but when I am sick, I crave carbs. Nothing else sounds good to me. So, I have been sick since last Thursday and not eating very well. I had planned to be on phase one this week, but that was shot quickly. So....it's back to phase one on Sunday.
I hope you get to feeling better, we have so many obstacles in our way even when feeling our best when it comes to dieting...being sick and dieting just isnt fair!
