Okay, anyone in? I am going to set a weekly behavior that I need to improve upon. Each evening/morning/whenever I am going to post how I did on that goal. I need some accountability and think that some friendly peer pressure could help. My goal for this week is to cut out after dinner eating. Even if it is a planned snack, I seem to let it get out of control. So- join me if you wish! Think about what you want to improve- drinking water, trying a new recipe, exercising a certain munber of days a week.........

Mon Done! This is harder than I thought.
Tues Last night was hard, but I did it!! 3 for 3, baby!!
Wed Blew it tonight- not too destructive, but I want perfection!

Sat Freaking disastrous!!!
I'm here for not eating any non-friendly SB things, like pretzles, or too many SB things, like a box of triscuits, in bed at nite watching tv. I need to stop this and this is such a great idea. Thanks.
Monday--did good tonite
Tuesday--another great nite
Wednesday--was dying to have some (well a lot) of hersheys kisses, but stayed away, so another good nite
Thursday--dying for pretzles last nite but knew I wa posting here so I stayed away. Another good nite.
Friday--Did good again. Hoping to do good on Sat. nite. Expecting a blizzard here and for some reason snow makes me tink of snacking. Hope all goes well.
Saturday--Well, broke down and had a thousand pretzles last nite. Although I did notice that now I eat them in tiny bites and savor every morsel instead of just shoving them in my mouth. Had my fix, will be better tonite.
Sunday--total disaster-tomorrow is a new day

This week my goal is to workout on my elliptical 5 days and do arm weights 2 days. Mon: Elliptical DONE
Tues: Elliptical DONE, upper body weights DONE
Wed: Elliptical DONE
Thurs: Elliptical DONE, Upper body weights DONE
Fri: Elliptical DONE
My goal is to follow my exercise plan and not eat any nuts- because I binged last night by thinking I could eat a few and it quickly turned into a ton of sweet roasted macadamia nuts (OP, but overboard.)
My goal is 1000 calories a day... just for this week... usually I stick to 1200 but I binged this past weekend and I want to get back on track especially since I am going to the beach next weekend and it's goign to be hard to stay OP on a romantic getaway... maybe by reducing cals just a bit it will all balance out? I know they say that you should stick to 1200, but will reducing by 200 a day really send me to starvation mode? Any input is appreciated...

Sarah, anything under 1200 will send you into starvation mode and make it harder to lose. Sorry, hon! Instead of that, try doing Phase 1 this week proactively...I know one of our big success stories in here (Penny) got to goal by doing just that before any time that she knew would involve eating off plan. Hope that helps!

Okay, I have a million things to work on, but for this week, it's going to be not eating after my dessert at night. I can have water and I can have tea, but that's it. No SF candy...no food..like you, Kiko, I have a problem with this! But that's changing right now!
M:Did great...didn't even actually eat dessert because I was too tired! (can you imagine? ) T:Delayed dessert a little by eating a piece of SF candy, but didn't eat afterwards, even though I stayed up until 3 a.m. and was really hungry. W: All good! T: Yee-haw! Another good day! F: Yup. S: Yes. Harder, because we stayed up later, but I made it! S:What a great week! Not only did I meet this goal, but I also got in four exercise sessions! Doing both made me feel so much better, and I felt so much better about myself for being able to do them! Thanks, Kiko!!!
OK um, I'm going to stay within my WW points, EVEN ON THE WEEKEND! That's only one of many things I need to work on, but I'll start there.

Right on, well I'll just super exercise this week instead (good idea Laurie) atleast an hour of cardio a day and I'm doing great so far this week (did an hour today)...
This is a great idea, Kiko, thanks! I have to stay away from sweets and starchy grains, they are my biggest downfalls lately.
