I'm new, but I'd like to play too! I'm counting cardio, strength training, and yoga minutes.

Goal 1500 minutes
Minutes so far - 829

Feb 1 - 32 minutes stationary bike and 60 minutes of yoga = 92 minutes
Feb 2 - 32 minutes walking and 60 minutes Power Pump class = 92 minutes
Feb 3 - Rest!
Feb 4 - 34 minutes stationary bike
Feb 5 - 32 minutes walking and 60 minutes of yoga
Feb 6 - 36 minutes stationary bike and 60 minute Power Pump class
Feb 7 - 36 minutes walking and 60 minutes yoga
Feb 8 - 36 minutes stationary bike and 60 minutes ashtanga yoga
Feb 9 - 36 minutes walking
Feb 10 - Rest!
Feb 11 - 39 minutes stationary bike and 60 minutes Power Pump class

This will be my first exercise challenge! I just started exercising again so I'm not trying to win. My goal right now is to exercise 5 days a week, no excuses.

February Total=650


February Goal=1000 minutes.
Feb 1- 30 minutes elliptical
Feb 2- 45 minutes elliptical
Feb 3- missed
Feb 4-REST (work 12 hr shifts on weekends)
Feb 5-REST
Feb 6- 50 minutes elliptical
Feb 7- 20 min. upper body weights, 35 min. elliptical (55 min. total)
Feb 8- 50 min elliptical
Feb 9-- 20 min. upper body weights, 35 min. elliptical (55 min total)
Feb 10- Elliptical 50 min (3.65 miles)
Total minutes to date= 355 minutes

Feb 13- didn't feel well
