Default Don't see how it could have been better...

...in the month of January, I lost 27 pounds according to the last weigh-in.

The entire month was not spent on South Beach, but I was dieting the entire time. Much of it may be water weight, since I'm sure I had a great deal of flushin' to do.

I found a newfound enjoyment of plain vegetables not swimming in butter. I've made breakfast a necessity. I actually cook (although last night I made banana walnut bean muffins which were almost certainly a crime against nature). I take the time to enjoy food (not bean muffins).

Yup, I'd say January went okay.

Awful, I only lost 1 lb. But at least I did not gain with all that has been happening lately.

I did about 10 pounds in 2 weeks... seems INSANE to me, and even know that I know that most of it was water weight, according to the body fat machine at the gym, 4 pounds was pure fat! I love the thought of that nasty stuff melting away!
