B: LF String Cheese (woke up late)
S: Peanutes
L: Water Packed Tuna with rf mayo
S: Celery Stalks with Natural Peanut Butter
D: LF Chicken Parmesan
De: Fudgcicle
Wo: hopefully 60 mins of cardio...
I am starting this plan not only fully supported by you all but also my DH, and his M and F.
Pearshape - I cannot live without my waffle maker (except on this phase I will have to lol) I have a really nice crockpot, never used it. Hoping to learn how on this phase.
Schatzi - Man chicken, you are so funny! Your day looks great! ANd why isnt pumpkin pie a vegetable lol. I am resetting mine as well which pretty much negates me back to the start of my goal
