Twice now, I have went crazy and cheated horribly while on this plan. Sometimes, several days in a row. But, what I am surprised at when I get on the scale is that it has not gone up. Granted, it hadn't gone down either. I don't think this is an excuse to eat poorly, but why isn't it effecting the scale? I'm just curious. Perhaps, it is because I go back on the plan quickly or that I am not eating as poorly the rest of the week. I just can't imagine how much more I would like the scale if I would stick to my guns! I am excited that I have made so many changes even with the cheating. Coke used to be my favorite thing in the whole world and now...it tastes yucky! I would have never believed that before!
