Wow - this is great. Who knew there were so many other thin people trying to get out. As Karla mentioned - yesterday was my birthday - I ate whatever I wanted. I think I needed a day off. Now it's going to be hard to get back on the program. I really want to do this - but patience is not one of my strongest points. And the going is very slow. Maybe having all of you will help keep my motivation up. Thanks. Barb
