Default YEAH... 7 pounds in one week!
I just finished week 1 phase 1 and have lost 7 pounds as of this a.m. . I know that I would have lost more but I cheated at my ds birthday party if you remember. But I have been back on track and think I am doing well. Patting myself on the back here.....
