Default Yay!!! I'm down 5 pounds!!!!
I am on day 6 of phase 1 and I almost cried as I was playing with the scale this afternoon. I can tell some differences. But, I can't tell you how pleased I was with 5 pounds in one week. I am hypothyroid and never would have thought that would happen. I am so psyched. I am close to TOM with pms symptoms and we went out to eat last night!! I am excited to see what week #2 has in store for me.

This has been a big change for me though. Cutting out the fast food and junk was a big lifestyle change. I am just so happy with myself right now!

That's great! We are on the same day. Feels great to feel the weight coming off!

(and you are right about the lifestyle change, I didn't even realize how much junk I was eating until I stopped)
