Greetings all you fabuous Beach Babes!

I;ve been away from the SBD for far too long and have (ahem) paid the price -up-dated my stats this s.m.. YIKES!!!

But, as we know, the past is just that - gone, finished, kaput and ['m moving forward (and downward) as of this day - Day 1, Phase 1.

Looking forward to reading your posts and meeting the new Beachers.
