Hmmmmm, I went back on P1 for 2 weeks, not cause I had gained but because cravings were starting to get to me. I only lost labout 1 pound tho
But I am kinda thinking this is normal, since the change in my eating habits wasn't nearly as drastic as when I went on P1 the very first time. I didn't experience the headaches or the adbundance of peeing (!) that I did the first time around.
I guess I'm not too bummed cause I did get the sugar monster back under control. Just wondering if anyone else thinks that this is probably pretty typical.
