Howdy!
I am slowly making my way through day one on SBD...so far not so bad! I've done some low-carb diets in the past (including a gestational diabetes diet while pregnant) and know that the cravings for stuff I should have WILL go away...it's the first day or two that's the challenge!
Anyway - I've got 30-ish pounds to lose, I've tried WW (both points and core) and Atkins in the past - but not w/ long term success. I'm really excited about SBD and hopefully it will "stick".
I was familiar w/ 3 Fat Chicks from my WW days, but WOW I'm impressed w/ all the SBD info here...the "Emergency Handbook" for phase 1 has so much info! I have the book and am still making my way through it, so it's good to have a quick reference for my questions. I'm sure I'll end up w/ more questions that I'll be posting here. Just wanted to give a quick intro and HI.
