Hi your cheerleader moves when you lost weight, if you need to u update your weight loss go to your profile and change the current weight. If you are just talking about it moving all the time then I have no clue! HTH

Well here we are, it's goodbye to Phase 1 and Hello to Phase 2.
I've actually mostly enjoyed P1, especially the not feeling hungry part!

I just ate a bowl of Oatmeal for breafast, and it took courage to do so !

I will be eating the same as P1 now for the remainder of today and just watch to see how my body responds to the Oatmeal.

Total weight lost in Phase 1 - 10lbs !
