so I found some pictures I had taken last summer when i was "skinny" ....and I thought for fun that I should take pictures in the same way to see my progress...and YEY I can DEF see a HUGE change in my thighs...and my upper body...not so much in my tummy...I still need to work on that...but I have a great motivation tool now!!!
I do the same thing. i have a poster board on my fridge with my pics on it. each week i take two pics one from the front and one from the side. i can definetly see a difference each week. and with it being on the fridge, when i get "boredom hunger" i see my progress and walk away from the fridge. it is a great motivation tool.
