Hey y'all!! I tried P1 last month, but, unfortunately, I was unable to keep it up :( . But you know what, I got on the scale yesterday and my weight is creeping back up! So heck yes I'm gonna give this another shot!!! I have more will power now. I'm not doing this just for my looks, but for health reasons too. So, I'm gonna be on this board for the next couple of days getting P1 recipes and possibly posting to get tips on how to be successful. I live alone so I don't have to worry about cooking for kids or husband. It's just lil' ol' me :) "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!"
