I need help
kinda related to my previous post but here's my situation... as i said i have very little food in my house. so here's the quest. i am on phase 1. i've listed below what i have in my bare cupboards. if anyone can come up with some meal ideas (esp. breakfast) it would be really helpful
1/2 can diced tomatoes
1 can artichoke hearts
lentils
black beans (dry)
white beans (dry)
a bit of peanut butter
soy sauce, dijon etc.
celery
green peppers
broccoli
yogurt
silken tofu
i hope someone can help me!
