eat until you feel content... you really shouldn't eat too much but i've found on this diet i actually have the opposite probelm, i don't eat enough. i don't have constant cravings for food as often. you'll probably find that you have to almost force yourself to have snacks and desserts even during the first two weeks.
TIP: plan your meals. its really hard to stick to the diet if you don't plan ahead and therefore don't have a lunch and you end up late at a meeting or something so you have only a few minutes to grab lunch so you get something that's not on the diet. when you plan your meals (i usually just have whatever i had for dinner the nite before for lunch or make a quick salad with some protein) you won't run into these situations where you're almost 'forced' to cheat.
