Just be careful on the adding fruits and such back into your diet. You may want to do one thing at one time -- like oatmeal for a week and see if you gain, then add strawberries. That way you can see what your body can handle and what time of day.
For the short stint I was on Phase 2, for example, I tried adding bread back. I ate a piece for breakfast but it set off massive cravings. So, on Wed (or whenever I lose these pesky -2 pounds I put back on), I am going to try adding bread at dinner or a fruit at dinner for a week and see how the cravings are.
I figure, unless I sleepwalk, if I have cravings, I can't eat in my sleep
