Phase I-- 4th of July
 

Good Morning,

I am starting Phase I today, so far I have been OP for 4 hours now. Don't laugh there are times when this is cause for celebration. I am truly ready to address this sugar issue, I read the book and different post on SBD yesterday.
I understand now how important P1 is. It is not about the weight loss, it is about cleaning up your blood system and changing the way you eat. It is my understanding that these 2 weeks will help my body function better. I am all for that.

When I checked the calendar, I realized P1 will end for me on the 4th of July, I thought how appropriate, my freedom from sugar addiction.


The sand is hot, the water is warm, what a great time to be on the beach!! I'm diving in!!
