As of yesterday I finished my 2 weeks of P1.
It was my second time around and wasn't nearly as difficult as the first time I did it over a year ago. I guess that tells me I wasn't eating quit as bad as I thought I had been.
I had lost another 6 pounds as of yesterday morning (my official weigh day) but I'm not changing anything until it stays there for a couple of days.
For those of you just starting out the first 10 pounds on my short term goal ticker I'm sure was water weight because I went off of the pill and started P1 at the same time and dropped those 10 pounds in the first three days.
