While visiting my friend Ange two weeks ago, I did more drooling than baby Ethan. Ange's MIL served a chocolate cake with homemade PB frosting and it looked SO good! I promised myself that when I got home I'd figure out a way to make one that was SBD legal.
This turned out amazing. I can't take the credit, as it's based mainly on recipes from Unbelieveable Desserts With Splenda
, but it's definitely worth trying, especially if you like peanut butter and chocolate together!
