I couldn't find it in the updated list. Anyone know if we can use it?

Well I've read that a few people throw it in their morning south beach approved shakes, so I would imagine it's alright.

I ran out and bought some from Trader Joe's since you get a LOT for the price. Some of them are ridiculously expensive.

2 scoops added to my morning shake really seems to keep me full for quite a long time :)

Sure. It's fine. Check out the FAQ via a search. I think there is a thread there - or else it's in the Protein Shake recipe.
