Question multi vitamin?

Hi everyone
I'm going to be starting SBD relatively soon (June 1st), and I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good multi vitamin, or if anyone knows what are the most important components to look for when choosing one (i.e. calcium, Vit A...etc)
thanks alot!

Most of us do take a multi-vitamin. Your pharmacist or doctor is the best person to discuss this.

Jade, welcome to the Beach!
I just take a regular old multi-vitamin with iron.

Welcome to the beach, Jade!

I just ordered some nutritional supplements from Avon's Wellness catalog. (my neighbor sells it) Not sure how they will work for me, but giving it a shot!

I take a multi vite with minerals (no iron as I'm mostly not having my monthly) and a vit B complex. The extra B is for stress and the fact that they're water soluble and I'm drinking a lot of water.
