Default I just had to show you all...
I'm usually not the type to brag on myself, but I am so happy about how far I've come just in the past 2 months (actually a little less than 2 months). I'm attaching some pictures that I took today - please excuse my appearance, I did some housecleaning so I wasn't really wearing any makeup.

The first picture is of me wearing the jeans that I was in when I first started the diet - they are 24W and I'm wearing 20W now. The two other pictures are of me in one of my favorite spring time outfits. The top is an 18/20W and the pants are 1X (or 18/20W). I'm so glad I can wear this outfit again! The last picture is of me around Christmas last year - when I weighed somewhere between 245 and 250lbs.

Ok.. back to the other discussions...

go Sassygal go!!! that is a great feeling to see such progress.
ps. Love the name, sassy was my favorite magazine when I was a teenager. I always call my son a sassy boy when he is acting like a pill...
