Default Say CHEEEESE.....

I love cheese! and I'm really glad SBD lets us have so many great varieties.

I was just wondering which types of cheese you have in your fridge right now!!

At this moment I have:

1- a Laughing Cow Light equivalent
2- LF cream cheese
3- LF feta
4- mozzarella sticks
5- LF sandwich slices (similar to American)
6- parmasean
7- swiss slices and a colby/jack brick (hubby's)

I would really like to have some brie, but...

How about you?

Stilton (my favourite!)
Mozzerella
Cheddar
Chevre
Romano
Parmesan (freshly grated)
cream cheese (light)

I have a recommendation. If you regularly buy those containers of Parmesan from Kraft... try some freshly grated instead. You don't have to grate it yourself... some deli sections in the grocery stores have it grated in containers. The taste is far superior. And the smell... well, I don't know HOW Kraft gets theirs to smell like dirty socks... what's THAT all about!?

There's a test here to see what kind of cheese you are.

I are blue cheese! Yuck, I don't even like blue cheese

You are a soft, crumbly white blue-streaked cheese. You are very cool and mellow. You are very knowledgeable and wise and people come to you for advice and help.

Cheese I have in the fridge
ricotta
rf muenster
rf provolone
rf swiss
rf cream cheese

The cheese and dairy allowed was the main reason I stayed with SBD. Cheese is one of my favorite foods.

Light String Cheese
Reg. String Cheese (for kids)
2% Shreds - Mozzerella and Mexican
1% Cottage Cheese
Nefauchatel (RF Cream Cheese)
Feta

Ricotta - low fat

WOW that's alot! Cheese is my favorite, and my kids like it too! I don't know where I'd be without it

I'm American Cheese

You are a smooth, lightly colored, square-shaped cheese. You are a classic simple cheese. You are cautious and practical and very down to earth.

Wow! Y'all have a lot of cheese!

I have:

2% swiss slices
2% cheddar block (for DH's nachos)
Laughing Cow Light Swiss
Laughing Cow Light Garlic and Herb
2% shredded mozzarella
Kraft Parmesan (DH uses so much we buy it at Sam's in the BIG jug)

I'm mozzarella!

You are a shiny, soft, round cheese. You are very imaginative and creative, but you don't like to stand out. You don't mind solitude at times and you love to do art.

What a fun thread! Thanks abroad!

I am mozzarella!
You are a shiny, soft, round cheese. (Hey, I resemble that remark! )You are very imaginative and creative, but you don't like to stand out. You don't mind solitude at times and you love to do art.

In my fridge, I don't have nearly enough cheese because we are poor!

Here's what we have:
2 bags of Sargento Red-Fat Shredded Mild Cheddar (wish they made sharp...)
2 containers of Laughing Cow Light
2 pkg of Kraft 2% White American slices
One container of Kraft Parmesan ( I agree with you Ellis, but DH stopped me from buying the fresh stuff because of the expense. )
A big pack of cheese sticks.

Sad little fridge...it would be much happier if it had all sorts of lovely things like feta and blue and parmigiano reggiano, oh my!

I had no Idea I had so much cheese...

lf cheddar
parmisan

You are a white, crumbly cheese. You are very social and talkative. You are incredibly friendly to everyone, but also a little lazy.

Okay, I wouldn't say I'm lazy, I just appreciate not working when I can get away with it.

Wow! I'm impressed with all the selections you guys have readily available in your fridge. We have the 50/50 Cabot cheddar. That's it! lol...I have cheese portion control issues so I don't keep much on hand these days.
