Would that be Lauri's Low Carb Creations cookbooks? I've personally not seen one, but I've heard it is really good, and the reviews on Amazon are very good, all 5 stars

Aileen,

I have all four volumes and absolutely love them. I use them more than I've even picked up the orange book!

OOH keep us posted on that, Islander! I have to wait til next month before I have any more extra money (not that it is ever really extra..lol)... i'm signing up as a consultant for a bath and body company this month to do an ongoing fundraiser for my son to help me pay off his band commitment (marching band is $500 per season), so I need the money this month for that.....

i'm curious to know how the recipes turn out, so keep us posted on it! Seems everyone else who has them love them!

I'll let you know what I think about them when I get it. If it doesn't get lost in the mail. You never can tell with Ebay and the Mail.

Good luck with the fundraising! That's a lot of money.
