Default South Beach Pizza

I had one of the South Beach Pizzas tonight. It was the chicken, spinach and pepper one. It was really good. Not phase 1 friendly, though. I don't want to eat any of the prepared stuff on a regular basis, though. I'm afraid I'd lose focus. BUT, for an occassional fast meal, it was great. Each pizza is one serving.
So, when you hit phase 2, be sure to try one.

Jenn

I tried one a few weeks ago and agree that they are convenient and tasty Not something I'll eat regularly but nice to know they are available. DH and I split one along a nice chicken caesar salad

I make Phase II pizza on whole wheat pita bread. They work out just fine. I am going to make double next time and freeze one to see how that works.

So funny, I just tried one today for lunch! got the pepperoni one...it was downright rummy!! Not something I"m going to eat a whole lot of, but at least once a week. I try to eat my biggest meal at lunch and then stick to something phase onish for dinner. Seems to work the best for me.

Also, have tried the lunch pitas...I like the Southwest one the best, with the salsa...VERY good!

I couldn't agree more with the wraps!! I love those things!! Since our breakroom only has microwaves and a very shady looking toaster oven, they are great when I don't have leftovers that I can eat. The Southwestern one is almost like getting to eat Mexican food for me... I love it!
