Hi Folks.
Just wanted to get the basics out there.
Will play with animation and symbols later - LOVE those weight chart images!

Anyway - am returning to the flock. Just noticed my last visit to 3FC was back last December. Which was 16 pounds lighter for me.

Determination in tow - I am starting back on SBD tomorrow morning officially. Although today is good practice.

I've considered joining the pay SBD group - but am shy about spending more money at this point.

Wish me well and be patient if I mess up posting things please.

Welcome Back! I did pay for the site. My Dh and I did the 4 weeks for $20. We like having it, but I get the same support here, if not better.

I have some of the recipes from their forums, that I just need to find the time to put them up here.
